Fewer cars are offered with proper transmissions these days. :(
I don't want to buy a car loaded up with useless distractions and gadgets and that will question my control inputs. I don't want to be forced to reflash the ECU in order to be able to left-foot brake. I don't want it to have more electronics than an 80s fighter jet. And I can't tolerate the notion of performance modifications being banned. All the modified cars in the world don't represent a drop of piss in the ocean as far as carbon emissions go.

I learnt today that our Family Doctor has left the surgery that she was working in, Now we don't know what's going on and what we're going to do, I just hope she lets us know if she's going somewhere else.

I may have to wait 21 days for my study enrolment to be "processed." This means I am enrolled in full time study and beginning study load, but still have to attend employment services and apply for jobs I cannot even take (because I am studying) for almost a month. It makes no sense - if I am studying but also forced to do unemployment requirements, I should get benefit for both! Funny how system errors never work in your favour.
If their system is so computerised as to make like at least 10% more difficult, why can't these Deep Thought computers just "process" the enrolment immediately? Grr.

Neighbour blocking the driveway cleaning his car, which I'm no position to be annoyed with since I do it myself, but he didn't even notice when I tried to pull in and he didn't even notice me when I parked on the street and walked to my door. In their own world with no s**ts given. At least I would have noticed and done my best to move my car out of the way.

I'm gonna move my old car to 'their' spot tomorrow when they're not there.
