What's the last weirdest dream you had?

I dreamt that a fire broke out in the neighborhood and it really did today afternoon. In my dream everyone escaped unhurt and in reality they all escaped unhurt too. I dreamt last week that my neighbor died of heart attack and she really did the next morning. She was only 35 years old and in perfect health. I'm getting scared of my dreams now.

I was inside a black polyhedron with tv screens everywhere. My hand were tied behind y back and the whole thing was filled with broccoli. So I had to eat my way out.

gosh, that^^^would be a real nightmare, unless the broccoli were well-done and marinated in a nice hearty cheese and tomato sauce. yum

I had one of a start up of a train, as moving in a yard to its destination. I took off running to race the train, to get in front of it to lay down some coins in front of the engine. The train would make a 90* turn as it came out from its switching tracks, and I bolted to this turning point as a short cut to get in front of it. I ran like a Banshee Indian, but probably more like a kid in a toy store, here.

I ran my course, as the locomotive was dieseling along picking up speed, and we were in a parallel now. I, in front of it by say, 50 yards, running alongside the track with my left arm ready to lay down the coins. I then laid them down in a stack.

I remember thinking during the dream that the engineer is probably getting very nervous now, as he might be thinking that someone is going to do the slice & dice.

When I was 25, a train stopped and I placed a penny and nickle stack exactly in between this hopper car's trucks( wheel sets). The train started up and the first wheel rolled them and spread them out like a mother in the kitchen rolling out dough with a rolling pin. The coins oozed out forward like this. I went looking for a stick to knock them off. At the same time a friend was there and suggested this, he said, " they will get so thin it may pick up onto the wheel." My motive was to preserve them from too much distortion.

The penny was on top and it made its impression into the nickle. The cars weight was 250,000 lbs loaded . Divide by 8 wheels and we have 16 tons of pressure.

I have a fancy for these type of things. I like to test, to see what happens.

The person who assaulted/battered me (in real life) knocked me mostly unconscious to drag me around and shove my hand in a blender (in the dream). I woke up shaking my hand, which was rubbing on a sheet and making a faint but vaguely blender-like noise.

I just woke up from having a dream about being on LV426 along with a squad of the colonial marines. We were about to dust off and we find a bunch of the colonists just standing around in a city square. I tell them to stop just standing around and get behind the marines rather than become food for the xenomorphs, and then the aliens start attacking. And then it's not Hadley's Hope on LV426, but somehow we're suddenly in a field in a country instead. The aliens are attacking from every direction and I go aboard the pelican dropship to get handguns and other firearms to give to the colonists so that they can be useful in repulsing the attack, although the marines are doing fairly well since they're using M134's. And then I wake up and continue to hear an occasional pinging sound, which is still going on but not from inside my apartment, which sounds very much like the motion tracker from Aliens.

Oh my. In between my last dream^ and now: I was sleeping and a type of subdued light focused on my wife, as I was turned facing the opposite way. Indirectly I could see it out of my periphery, and I felt her struggling. I was paralyzed and couldn't move and I was consciously trying to move to help. (It was war now, and look out if I managed to get my way over there!) I had the impression of an attack by this very low focused light, by her subdued 'struggle' movements.

I put a great deal of effort into this, in that I awoke, and looked over, and felt way out of place. The dream seemed so real, I was very surprised to find out it wasn't real at all.

You watched Cowboy's & Aliens recently?

One scene in that movie was almost identical, when Jake regains his memory of how he escaped.

Actually I love broccoli, so it was ok for me in the dream.

I had an alien invasion dream. I was escaping to the roof of a building with a girl, I donno who. As we got to the roof a weird tubular alien bit her, and then she got sick and then she threw up another tubular alien, and then she turned into a big floppy alien herself. That was kinda weird.

Last night I was escaping a city full of mutants (weird glow-in-the-dark purple and green humans with long elastic arms and faces that rubbed along the ground) and running through a forest with Billy Corgan from The Smashing Pumpkins. There were two sign-posted paths through the forest: PC, and Mac. We took the Mac side (even though in real life I am a PC), but it was very difficult because there were steep hills and I kept tripping up.

Imagine you and some of your family is somehow riding on a yellow flat car of a train. There isn't an engine ahead as it looks like a run away train, and the car jumps the track due to the high speed, barrel rolls and digs up dirt,while everyone is tossed out on the ground. The cars are kickin' dirt up and coming your way; but the strangest thing; the cars are about 10 percent their size now, and you coulld stopped them almost with your body.....

Train
