I have to have a local anaesthetic before having any work done on my teeth, as I hate the dentist. By time they finished I start waking up.

Simply carrying around a 1963 paperback biography of General George S. Patton the last few weeks has been very comforting to me - though I have no idea why.

Every time I go to a thrift store, I always go to the toy section and buy one or two small plush toys. They do nothing but take up space in my room, but I feel like I'm doing them a service by "adopting" them. I keep imagining them all sitting there on the shelf and feeling lonely and sad that no one has bought them yet, just waiting for the day when someone takes them home. I like to be the person who "rescues" them.

I like it when it's sunny out and I can see the mountains. :)

I use the right screen more than the left, because it's larger

I hate reading (or rather, trying to read) books written in an archaic style.

I'm not really sure what my special interests are right now. I'm in the process of watching different movies to try to find some to obsess over, and in turn discover some new characters to make into imaginary friends (I always make my favorite fictional characters into imaginary friends). I really loved the movie Restless, and the character Annabel is definitely my imaginary friend, but I don't think I can call myself truly obsessed until I've seen the movie a few more times. I sent the Netflix DVD out so I could watch a couple of other movies.

I like all films, except drama. Unless its a action drama or comedy drama, etc.

Drama is probably my favorite genre of film. I used to hate it back when my depression was really bad, because it would just make me feel worse. But over time my attitude towards drama has changed, because these days I find that movies that make me get emotional and cry are cathartic. I like crying over the suffering of fictional characters. I figure it's either because I usually find it difficult to cry when I need to, or because experiencing empathy for someone, even if they're fictional, reminds me that I'm human (I have a hard time experiencing empathy for people in the real world).

There are many things that I feel the urge to say to a few select members. I hold back, because I don't believe in hurting others unless I have no choice and also because I could get banned.
