Dear Tequila, You have no mercy! Was that previous salad albacore tuna over shell pasta over lettuce?

That was a tub of tuna pasta salad I bought from Tesco during a trip to the north-east of England earlier this year. Nothing special, just homogenised stuff.

Raven_Morris: why not just use Flickr?

Several reasons.

The main one is that I want complete authorship over the design, function and control of the web site. I also absolutely loathe the interface presented on Flikr, it was not designed with human beings in mind. Also, the backend of my food blog site will be the same backend as my later-on photo site, where I will give away (open source / Creative Commons / etc.) thousands of photos, as well as selling a download of the original higher resolution RAW/JPEG images from the camera.

So I really want full control over the entire process, but it takes a bit longer to get launched, as I see the entire future of my web sites and don't want to do anything that will cause issues later on. So a lot of work to get done!

I will post a few of my photos from the past couple weeks:

That first one looks totally awesome! Give give give!

Because I didn't see the glass dish, I thought it was on the floor for a couple of seconds!

I wouldn't mind some of that garlic bread either.

Tonight's evening meal:

Pork spare ribs with oven chips. These weren't particularly popular. At all. In fact, my dad had one and binned the rest of his.

What, you don't eat much? I thought you were a bit fat? How can you be fat if you don't eat much? The mind boggles. ;)

Perhaps I could tempt you with...

Garlic?! Bread?!

What a gluten nightmare. I'd rather not be doubled over in tears for the next few hours.

Fat? Uhm... I didn't realize this was fat.

Sorry, I thought from one of your replies today that you might be, well, fat. Apologies for the aspersion on your character.

You look very nice indeed. Were you that miffed you took that photo just now?

What's the star you're wearing?

That picture is a couple of months old, actually. I've lost a little weight since then. I'm far too lazy to get upset over a silly comment.

That's my pentagram, Tequila.
