What's the trade off for speaking vs. not speaking to me? Pride? What other people think? Financial support from your family? Your sanity? What is it? I don't believe that you went from caring about me, saying you loved me and thought the world of me and thought I was worth waiting for, to suddenly deciding you never wanted to speak to me again. It does not add up. I'm putting my vote in for what other people think because you seem to have an enormous amount of concern about that.

Is it just about wanting to have some kind of power and control over me? You pretty much had that anyway. I guess the point is, anything I might want, hope for, or ask of you, you're going to withhold just because you can.

I adhere to traffic laws, so should you. get your head out of your asses and pay attention, because one of these days you WILL end up hitting a cyclist or a pedestrian.

Breaking rules is not irresponsible when you're ready and willing to take the consequences. Especially so if the consequences are being attacked by someone weaker so you can beat the crap out of them in self-defense, thus proving they have no choice but to put up with your wanton and abusive behavior.
