I think that most people are probably OK to be fair.

I think if you only mainly see people when they're drunk then that might make a difference to how they are

I wouldn't worry about being 12 stone if I were you. It's not overweight.

Maybe you're investing your effort in the wrong places then? You seem deeply worried about trying to be more physically attractive but maybe more of your issues are related to how you interact with others in person?

He can be a dick and still be roughly correct.

If most of what James demonstrates in person is neediness, insecurity, craving for approval, people-pleasing and bitterness over prior rejections, no one's going to notice his positive traits because all they can see are traits that make them want to maintain distance.
