I sometimes wonder where everyone on these forums have gone off to?

tired today.

I realised I'm no longer capable of all-nighters, my brain demands sleep!

Something happened earlier today in my real life, an encounter with a stranger, which reminded me painfully of exactly why and how I am so sick of people and wish I only could ever be surrounded by animals, no people.

Animals are often, in some ways, better, nicer "people" than many people . . .

If there really is an afterlife and if it's what you want or need it to be, I sincerely hope mine is an eternally sunny meadow full of every animal I ever loved or befriended. And maybe some short visits from some people I've loved. But mostly please just give me my animals in my heaven.

I don't know if I have a cold coming or something but my skeleton aches.

What makes you sad about going to work? Is there something you are not looking forward to?

It's already 5:20pm and I've done f**k all with my day.

Technically yesterday now, but within the last few hours..

I thought my UC flare was turning the corner, but there is a lot of bleeding now. More than I have ever seen. All this poisonous Prednisone and starving myself for nothing.

My dad. Or me? But I think it was him.

He barely speaks to me, except to come and complain about stuff that's triggered his anger (which he's deliberately sought out). So he comes in complaining that the Telegraph has such-and-such a headline, and I say non-confrontationally 'of course it does , you can count on the Barclay brothers for that, don't look at it if it winds you up.'

And he says 'I'm not stupid Rachel . You're not telling me anything I don't know. There is no point talking to you.'

But the thing is, he's not telling me anything I don't know. I don't know how to respond because I don't see the point of getting riled by a right wing newspaper being right wing. I would have more time to let him rant if he spoke to me about anything else once in a while. Whether it's directed at me or something else, he only ever speaks in anger.

Mother nagging me.

I have chores to do. We're having our ThanxGiving meal the day after sense the buses don't run today. My girlfriend is spending a couple nights with her brother's(she's coming back with me tomorrow) & I haven't vacuumed in over 3 weeks. I need to dust alittle & sweep the stairs too. I'm not going to get started till a while after breakfast & I'll eat soon.

My book I ordered has not arrived

This actually made me unhappy yesterday but I feel like writing it today. I got a reminder on a bill, which is the second time in my life. Like the first time it was not my fault this time either, as I have not recived the original bill. I actually called them to ask if I was not supposed to have gotten that bill, and the message I got was inconsistent with the reality apparently. I just paid the bill anyway, but on monday I have to call them and make sure this doesn't happen this month too!

I had to get up at 6 today to go to the ThanxGiving meal at my girlfriend's parents. I didn't fall asleep till after 4:30 even thou I went to bed around 3. We didn't get back home till like 5. I did take nap for a couple hours after I got back & I did sleep alittle on the bus ride home. I'm still tired but not too bad.

I had to go around a lady who was getting yelled at by a worker at tim hortons. She was homeless and she brought her cart full of cans into the restaurant. The worker did not like this.

My computer has a drive problem and keeps restarting. My menu has completely disappeared.
