I saw my brother and his wife on national TV, with a bunch of other bikers, on their way to the RNC----that was extremely COOL!!

Well I thought I'd well and truly screwed up my dieting and was putting weight back on until I weighed myself today. I haven't put on a single kilo! I'd gone back to eating junk food, chocolate, cakes and everything (except regular coke, and bottled alcoholic beverages).

Feeling a little better than last week, improvement in mood due to the work you have done approaching the things getting you down is a rewarding feeling however small the distance gained, it's nice to enjoy not feeling like crud today and hopefully tomorrow!

My daughter was badly bullied at school, and we had the misfortune to live next door to the bully and her nasty family, they were the neighbours from hell. We moved away, but my daughter was so traumatised she developed Schizophrenia.
Today I found out that the bullying brat is dead, and I am Glad, not least because she is dead, but also because her family are finally getting their karma.
