I had ice cream. lol. Not concerned with High fat-high sugar.

I don't worry about fat. Sugar / carbs are worse for weight gain and cholesterol.

Dinner tonight was pork alfredo and berries for dessert... strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and pineberries. Never had pineberries before. My dad gave them to me. He hated them, saying they were lying strawberries. I liked them just fine.
