I sometimes can eat too much. Like on Thanksgiving.

I am now jobless. Once I pay my property taxes for this year I will be broke with no foreseeable income.

In short. I am officially poor.

I never realized what a huge impact exercise had on my emotional well-being until recently. Apparently, medication alone isn't enough.

I have been doing nothing but lying around the house for two weeks, going to bed just before the sun rises and waking up just as it's setting.

Now I'm paying the price - I'm starting to get really anxious and restless, and I'm over-analyzing everything and creating my own drama.

I really need to get back into my old routine of regularly running, swimming and doing yoga again, because when I was doing all those things on a regular basis, I felt fantastic. Now I feel like I'm losing my mind.

@FlanMaster - I'm officially poor, too. Luckily, I was found to disabled by my state's DSHS which opened up the door to temporary benefits. Is that something you can look into?

Even when I am my shorts and shirt around my home; I am never cold.

I ought to be fiddling around with my Christmas List or getting some sewing done, but I need to mentally prepare myself before I dive into activities that will take up large amounts of my time and focus.

(Is this an executive function thing I wonder?)
