it indeed could be about automobiles, if you consider car movies, of which there are too many to list here. but if there were a car movie you wanted to go see, one that was a drama and very suspenceful, would you appreciate being clued-in to the plot and ending? or would you say that would take the purpose out of seeing it in the first place? just wondering...

If it was a movie where the only redeeming quality was the shocking twist at the end, then yeah, I'd be bothered.

Otherwise, who cares?

Spoilers: 90% of the time, the good guy lives to the end, saves the world, gets the girl, kills the bad guy, etc.

Though I do really like movies that stray from the norm and throw something completely different at you, they're usually not the kind of movie you'd want to watch more than once =/
