What was it like, meeting someone off the Internet?

Yep! I met him online, through another internet friend. Then he came to Istanbul and we got to meet up.

Well he probably knew that he liked you and gotten jealous while that other internet friend came up to you and cuddling you like woah.. Turns out for him that he wasted a good opportunity to be with you but he knew he messed up that chance, that's probably why he has been quiet on msn.

Hmm, maybe so! You're insightful. :)

You're welcome. :D I've been there and done that in the past myself and I rejected a really pretty girl once online, soon as some guy took her, I was exactly the same way as the guy you liked afterwards and boy it sure sucked.

You know when you have a good chance, the only thing I can say is go for it otherwise it would be too late, oh well, the guy was too slow, now he won't be the one saying I pity the fool.

Yeah, thanks. :D. You always say something that makes sense, and gets me hopeful. XD
He probably won't be too sad at all though.

Your meeting with your friend sounds so sweet. It gives me hope now. One day I would like to meet an Internet friend myself. Don't worry about your head, that's adorable even if you are just friends. He sounds like he likes you a lot with that wonderful hug. :) And I believe your other friend is jealous. Congratulations Spazzergasm! :D

Trust me, from what you've described on the first page of this post, he is definitely sad about it, otherwise he wouldn't of done himself the silent treatment.

Basically Charlie Chaplin is well known for his comedy silent movies. ;)

I actually met my girlfriend on a forum site very similar to this one. We did not even start of looking for romance, it was just a place for mutual support. But soon enough we realised that there was a lot more between us.
Sadly she lives in London, England, across the Channel from me so meeting quickly was a problem. Still, within a few months we had our first date and its gone brilliantly ever since.
