186 cm. at 105 kg. = 30

My waste measurement is 38.

I have relatively little fat, and I'm not a bodybuilder.

Limitations are evident in my case.

My diagnoses - social anxiety disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

I’m no longer involved with the ASD world.

is there more underweight people in the aspie community than general population? But then again, this is people from the whole world. But if its general population from the global internet community, there wouldn't be much underweight too since I would figure that if you have internet connection all the time, you can afford to put food on your table? I'm just guessing here.

BMI is hardly flawed. Most people do not have the extreme muscle fitness required to screw up the test. I think a lot of people just don't like being in the overweight category and try to rationalize that the tests are wrong. Now if you are a body builder and you can see all the muscle then of course you know that your BMI is not helpful to you. But lets be honest- not there is not a big enough percentage of body builders to render the BMI impotent. Doctors use it to gauge certain risk factors, like diabetes or heart disease. No one should hang their self esteem on a number though.

I am not trying to be mean or offend anyone by saying this.

You're right.

If somebody is light-built, they should be in the lower range of BMI. Higher is for heavy-built.
