I'd probably farm weeds, because they are easy. And I like nettles.

I have a little Irish farming blood coursing through my veins. So Hell yeah I would make an excellent farmer. It's a great deal of work so I would have to hire some hands. I've lived on a family farm in Indiana before and I absolutely love and miss the peace and serenity of living in the country. But I love living in a big city with libraries, museums, arts and cultural events as well. So I would have to have two homes. :D

I'm pretty good at getting up and attending my plants and animals even though I don't live on a farm.

Gawd I'd make a great farmer.

Oh and right now I'm playing that game Farmville.....

My uncle was a "gentleman farmer". He lived in a big house surrounded by several acres of landscaped gardens complete with peacocks and a swan pond.
The hired hands did all the work.
I think I could manage that. :D
