The reason so many rights movements have specific names... like the Women's rights movement and the LGBT rights movement is because people within these groups were previously denied equal rights. (and some still are)

If anyone has demanded special rights, it's the majority in this country (US because that's where I live) which is straight white Christian males.

I am being honest and mature and not sparking arguement. Men need protecting, by law, from women who falsely cry rape.

So in your book, a women can't domestically abuse her man?! Sorry, men aren't the only abusers. The law WILL protect a battered husband and make sure the wife sees the inside of a court room.

Trivial compared to the number of rapists who get away with committing violent acts against women. If you balance things out, dont worry craig men are winning the battle in the rape wars

The law needs to catch up and put these violent men behind bars more often, and women NEED everything they possibly can to live a normal life as possible.

The laws in place are fine. What is lacking is money and services to provide for such individuals. My uncle suffered for many years with an abuse alcoholic wife (thats marrying a russian for you) Not also money, but also a lack of recognition of it being a problem outside of the interest groups such as charities who currently provide such services.

Our parliment can make all the acts it want it is down to those who enforce the law and the civil servants who provide the administration and implementation that determine if it succeeds. No different from the autism bill
