All of them, except for a few exceptionally good musicians from the 1960s, and even fewer from later decades. Though I should confess that I'm in a vitreolic mood, and could be confusing douchebags with people who just aren't particularly worthy of admiration but somehow manage to acquire it.

I also agree that using the term douchebag is an insult to the material product that goes by the same name. Trouble is, it's hard to find a standalone pejorative word for what we mean here. And the niceness of the literal meanings of offensive terms seem to be inversely related to the niceness of the metaphorical meanings.
