You know I really don't honestly have an answer.

With my work schedule and constantly being tired like I am, if I can sleep, I'll do it. I don't care if it's solid rock ground, I'll find a way to sleep.

1. Sleep on the left side of the bed.
2. Listen to music as I am falling asleep.
3. That is about all.

i can sleep thru fire alarms, smoke alarms - good luck to my wake alarm

sometimes i need the alarms on my cellphone, PDA, ipod, 3 alarm clocks, hifi and laptop to all go off at the same time to wake me - and even that isn't enough sometimes :D

also when i was working at a gig, i took a 20 minute power nap under a table in 110dB(A) noise level, using a crate of Budweiser as a pillow :D

(i had finished my work and wouldn't be needed again till the load out...)

I am the Juggernaut of sleep.

I can sleep anywhere, anytime. I actually enjoy falling asleep in new and odd places. I have slept in a coin well, while standing in the kitchen with my face on the counter, heck I even fell asleep with my eyes open in biology during high school so that my teacher couldn't tell what I was doing.

Furthermore, I can just decide when I want to wake up and I do it without using an alarm.
The only time I can't sleep is when I have a runny nose, so I have to keep whatever I am sleeping on petty clean.
