It's the perfume. Someone comes into a thread with it and stinks up the place, and everyone gets a headache and leaves. You'd really think they'd know better.

I remember threadkilling posts on the Etsy forum (I don't know if they still do them). If you manage to kill the thread, you win an item. Those threads would last FOREVER.
