Quite cool this morning. Breakfast was oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins.
Toast, dry for me (I'm old and fat) loaded up with high calcium margarine for the kids.
Banana for each of us.
I'm considering a cup of coffee. Now that I've been awake for 4 hours it probably won't make me drowsy.

Breakfast: (standard)

Snacks:
2 pieces of dark chocolate (standard) - 73%

Corcovado

White tea and white coffee - is tea and coffee you get when you add milk. It isn't really white, it's more like light brown. I guess it might be called white because you add white stuff to make it?

yesterday's lunch was in an italian restaurant. They were slow but the food was delicious.

Today's - breakfast: porridge again and etc.

lunch - toasted lamb roast and chutney sandwich (yum) and a kitchener bun: take a cinnamon donut with no hole and no cinnamon but lots of sugar, cut it almost all the way through horizontally, put jam in the back (joined) end of the cut, fill rest of cut up with fresh whipped cream - this was my friday treat I got on the way home from pool rehab. ie an hour of exercise in the pool.

orange juice
white coffee..

dinner - rice pilaf stir fry thing: cooked jasmine rice, roast lamb, onion, brocolli, sweet potato, pine nuts stir fried together, with a bit of hoi sin sauce. glass of red wine.

Supper? milo. I wanted something sweet and vaguely chocolatey.
thinking about having camomile tea now. What I'd really like is icecream and caramel sauce but I think all that sugar will stop me from sleeping.
