I'm somewhat interested in manufacturing diamonds.

They do have many very useful applications.


And you know, putting DeBeers out of business apeals to me too.

Don't they have to be mined? It would be nice to put Debeers out of business, they are evil.

I like topaz better than diamonds. i think topaz feels a lot better than diamonds. I have a nice sized smokey topaz in my room.

what is Debeers?

i don't have any topaz, i want some so bad
they have some down at the rock store but they want $40 for it and its a light pink color it almost looks white and its not even a half inch long, its a pretty small piece

Moonstone the best. I never understood what the big deal was about expensive rocks especially diamonds. I never understood the "diamonds are a girls best friend" saying. My dog is my best friend. In the NT world women are so happy when men buy them diamonds. So happy that they marry the guy or at least cry or something. If a man is going to buy me something I would like a practical gift like a dishwasher. A dishwasher would be a very thoughtful gift. I would be very greatful but I still wouldn't marry him. Haha.

As I understand it, Debeers is the world's biggest diamond company, and has a reputation for exploiting Africans at their diamond mines.
