my pinkys on both my right and left hand are double jointed so i can do this:

I can do the tongue-curling thing and move my ears (left one is easier than right one).

I can slide 2 dinner knife handles all the way up my nostrils until you saw just 2 blades sticking out of my face but I think it would be pretty gross if I posted a picture of it. And it is bad table manners anyway.
