I've done it before but what is really bad is if you are having dental problems and have bloody drool and get your pillow all stained up.

Not when I'm asleep, but when I'm trying to sleep I sometimes do. When I actually fall asleep I don't.

I don't recall ever drooling in my sleep but I occasionally start to drool before I fall asleep; I suck it up so I don't. I have kissed my pillow in my sleep a few times thou when I was dreaming
