why can't I keep a goldfish alive??

all your equipment new? contamination is so easy to have and aquatic/marine animals are so sensitive. i work with plankton and routinely have to figure out what's goin on with all my equipment when there's a big population dropoff.

what kind of filters are you using? btw. some info on that might reveal something.

also...have you looked at the tanks where your'e getting the fish FROM? maybe they're just sick and you keep puchasing damaged goods.

after that... i think i would start questioning the local feline suspects lol

Your goldfish keep probably dying for the same reason all my plants keep dying: an unknown reason. No matter how hard I try, my plants die.
