I thought that that the British, England, and Australia all were multi-cultural and derive their history from many cultures However I do not know of Anglo-Saxons to be of a darker skin. Correct me if I am wrong. A Celebration or discussion rather of culture does take into account those who helped shape its current state. To be Anglo is to be white. That does not seem to be a culture but race.
