My sleep schedules are all over the place, but generally it is very easy for me to sleep during the day and be up at night. I have a hard time getting up early when it is for something I don't want (like school in the past), and I have a hard time going to sleep if I have to do something I consider important the next morning (appointment, catch a plane).

No, I have a mild case of delayed sleep disorder or whatever it is called. I usually go to sleep around 1:00 and wake up around 9:30 or 10:00 and lie in bed and stay on my phone for 30 minutes.

I've never been much of an early riser. Even as a child, I got up around 7:00. My family gets up around 8:30 on weekends, and sometimes make too much noise for me.

I'm able to get up early if I need to for whatever reason, but I don't like it.
