Progress, via email, they said I only need to return in shrink wrap those already shrunk. Stupid phone lady.

LOL....How many hours do we spend worrying about things that never happen...for me it is hours every day.I often feel like Emily Latellfrom old "Saterday Night Live "scetches......She was always complaining about things because she had just "heard" them wrong....then someone would tell her what was really said and she would look sheepish and say..."Oh,Nevermind"..that's my life story.(I know that is not your situation,but I think it's funny)

It would help if we didnt have to deal with so many morons every day. :roll:

When I started college we were expected to have all of our texts for our first class.
