I'm glad it's not just me! I have to keep remortgaging my house to pay for all my stuff, which I have far too much of to be able to keep tidy.
I have spent the weekend trying to sort out all my manga (piles and piles of it right up to the ceiling). I also have piles & piles of maths, accounting & science textbooks old and new, school stories, dancing syllabi and step sheets, CD's, videos, DVD's, CCG's, magazines and Doctor Who books, not to mention clothes - I counted and believe it or not I have the same jumper in EIGHTY-FIVE different colours!! !! !! (this is true, not an exaggeration 
) and another one in 34 colours.
The only way to stop myself buying more stuff (I also like to collect series, and keep starting new ones) is to sort out my existing stuff instead - and then I often find I have bought something twice simply because I hadn't been able to find the first one among all the junk and didn't realise I had it.
On my private drive on my work computer I have spreadsheets of many of the things I am collecting (what would my colleagues think if they knew what I really do when I stay late???)
I think I seriously need help!
