WTF with pedo pageants?!

Horrible stuff - have seens some competitions on tv
where parents live out their dreams by pushing their
kid around, dressing it up like a tiny pornstar or something,
selfish people, and not too bright i think. I remember one
little girl i saw, someone asked her when her mother wasn`t
around if she had fun, she said no, but she had to do it
since her mother wanted to, but to be honest it really
really sucks she said. Then the mom came back and the
kid "loved" it again

thats sad why they even do this

Think one thing is the "living out your dreams through your kid,
even if it kills it"-thing. And then theres $.

Have seen several parents on tv trying to push their 6 year old kid into
being an actor, a singer, whatever just as long as we get that mighty $
and tons of it!! "You`re gonna do this and you`re gonna like it kid!!
you`re gonna be the next brittany spears, like it or not"
holy crap thats sick

Poor girls. They'll never get to be kids

! !! Oh, I hope no one says that to -anyone-, specially a kid. Who on earth would want to be/want their kid to be like Brittany? *Shudders*

Good point there, at this point she might be more like a poster
child on how not to do it, kinda sad.

^I mean, well. Anyone who keeps any sort of loose track of what the woman is like/is up to.... just... no. I feel sort of sorry for her, but she also disgusts me at the same time.

look also at Michael Jackson, what a sad case, he had no childhood and you know the rest..

What other reason could there be? None that I can think of.

What was the little girl's name, Jon Benoit? She was in these pageants and was murdered under very suspicious circumstances.

they should put those kids in foster care and give the mothers' yorkies and chihuauas instead. this is bloody child abuse.

Crap like this really serves no purpose. We all know the only people who actually bother to look at this crap, and what it does for them, and no one else. I don't know why it's legal.

I can't imagine what kind of sick parents they have. Especially the father. What does he think of all this?
