Join the club, mate. People have always found me boring. I can't remember seeing a single post that suggests a prior recollection of my presence here. All the posts that people make in response to me could easily be made to someone who has just joined WP.

That's only to be expected, on any forum, especially if you spread yourself out,
over different topics and over a long time frame.
If you want to make friends here, (which is what it's all about, isn't it ?)
and don't want to spam massively like people who's names I won't mention,
try finding a thread that really interests you (a long running one is best)
and post regularly, show an interest, engage people, be nice, be supportive
and above all, be interesting.
Start threads about your own interests, pm people to thank them or expand on their questions.
It's all a question of how involved you want to be.

As for the people I want to meet, I feel like there are too many of them to mention. So far, I've met Sartresue, nansnick, anneurysm, and another member who posted here about a year ago but never stayed here for long (he has less than 100 posts).
