I look forward to running, but I only do hard workouts once a week. :|

The evening. Taking a nice long shower, making myself a cup of tea and settling in bed. Or a weekend morning when I can sleep in and have coffee in bed.

What is the nicest way to wake up/being woken up?

Hmmm, I think I've only walked 5 miles, but I've run 26.

What is your first thought in the morning typically.
