Didn't sleep good last night, it was too warm, itching, pain in my legs, I woke up in the middle night, went to the living room to watch tv, fell asleep, I woke up & my legs felt paralyzed.

I'm constipated. I took a prescription laxative last night but it hasn't kicked in yet. I am having some stomach cramps so hopefully it'll work before I go to bed.

I hate that. It's the worst thing. I'd rather intense pain than constipation. And it gets even worse if you have to go to hospital for impaction. TMI - they give you the "firehose." Yikes. I really hope those laxatives worked for you ! !!
I have had the flu all day. It sucks. Nose somehow running and stuffy, sore throat, body aches, headache, fatigue, bad cough, but the worst thing is the chest congestion. I can't get rid of it and it makes it difficult to breathe.
I hate flu = poor me :wink:

Change in routine! My mom decided on the way to the track this mornimg that she wanted to go the health club instead. I left my things for the health club at home. I always bring an extra set of headphones to block out noises, and a book to read so I can happily stim without regard for the passing of time.

I'm... very upset.

Piper Rose is a sweet name! I had a series of pets (six cats and a dog) with "P" names. Sadly, they have all passed on. My last, Peter, died last year at the age of 18.

Can I post something that made me UNHAPPY yesterday?

I woke up with a headache and feeling nauseous. I could have/should have called in sick but I figured it would go away eventually. It didn't go away. I was nauseous and had a headache the entire time I was at work. And it didn't go away when I got home. Next time I'll call in sick.

I didn't have a clue what they do at the hospital for it. I didn't go yesterday at all so I took the laxative again last night. I went 4 times today but 3 were barely anything & the 4th wasn't that much either. At least it was something thou. My stomach feels alittle better. Hopefully I'll do more tomorrow.

I hate getting flues too but thankfully I haven't had one sense I was in school. I hope you feel abit better now.
