Thats true, it would be much more special with all 5 together then just 1,
it would be spectacular for a coin-person, if i saw that for sale i
would look like this


Here`s a set i made, took me almost 2 years to collect all 6 -
A unique set with 5 unique coins and 1 that theres only 2-3 of
(the one without hole). All same type of coin from the same year
me like, they belong together

^That's awesome! I would hang on to them for a while, and someday sell them at auction. Maybe save them for your retirement?

They`re stored safely away at a bank for now, and,
its unknown now how many others there is that might
fit into this set, could be a few more out there so its a
good set but its not perfect yet

Holders made in the US btw, only decent ones i found
that fit - you have a much better selection of much
better holders, but the size-thing is a nightmare

Yep, so each one is a off-center hole and with different
placements on the holes.



Come to think of it, you have a much bigger culture
for collecting coins "over there", our gradingsystem
is a joke compared to yours, bad selection in quality
holders (i think), and theres nothing like f.ex PCGS
here People are sending their coins overseas to
get a professional grading and get them capsuled in
unbreakebal slabs But then those dont fit into the
albums and stuff that are standard here, so other people
break them open and it starts over. When comparing, it
looks more amateurish here when lookin at the big pic -
We really need something like PCGS, a better grading-
system and a quality holder that is the standard. That,
and world piece, gotta have world piece

^I never thought about it like that. I just assumed that PCGS had places to submit coins overseas too. That could be an excellent opportunity to start your own grading service, or possibly work something out with PCGS to expand their services overseas.

It would be outstanding getting something like that going, the
thought have crossed my mind. Problem is, it often just flys
through and is replaced with something else to soon It`s
the getting started part of things, where to begin that stops
me often, once i get the ball rolling things get easier but that
can take anywhere from 15 minutes to 5 years

I`ll keep it short and to the point, in 1979 i was around 3 years old.

Also, since most coins "over there" are not graded, that means you could get some bargains on the higher grade coins(and others). Specifically, coins that have large price differences between grades, (for ex.) a MS63 at $50, and MS64 at $700. It would be hard to get a fair price, unless you could grade the coin yourself.

I'm assuming that you are mainly a "rarity" collector, rather than a collector of "condition", being that most coins are not graded. I am the opposite. My main interest was in certified coins.

It would be many posibiltites there i think.
I collect a lot of different things when it comes
to coins - but i`m a sucker for those high grades

I'm trying to figure out if the spider that my mom found is a brown recluse. The more photos I look at, the more I think it is, even though they aren't common around here.

Yeah, no more going out and doing things. Which actually is what all of us should be doing.......

Every once in a while, something strange like that shows up. After living all my life in NC, it wasn't until last summer that I found out we have scorpions here.
