What's the last weirdest dream you had?
I keep just remembering fragments.
I remember looking at my window, it had a tiny crack in it, then I was looking at it from outside, and suddenly it was an enormous window, like hundred's of feet across, and it was full of huge jagged holes.
Then I remember I was at a martial arts class, and this guy was encouraging to do 'Sufi whirling' except it looked more like breakdancing, some kind of impossible spinning on head movement, anyway I did some spinning on the floor for a bit ![]()

Standing
To dream that you are standing suggests that you are asserting yourself and making your thoughts and feelings known. To dream that you are standing in a room represents a particular aspect of yourself/your life, or a specific relationship.
Flood
To dream that you are in a flooded area represents your need to release some sexual desires. If the flood is raging, then it represents emotional issues and tensions. Your repressed emotions are overwhelming you. Consider where the flood is for clues as to where in your waking life is causing you stress and tension. Another interpretation could be your desire to wipe everything clean and make a fresh new start.
Water
To see water in your dream symbolizes your unconscious and your emotional state of mind. To dream that water is entering through a doorway and is rising up in your house suggests that something new in your life is starting to overwhelm your emotions. To hear running water in your dream means you are reflecting on your thoughts and emotions. To dream that you are underwater suggests that you are being overcome with emotions and are in over your head regarding some situation. You need to gain greater control of your life.
Immobility
To dream that you are immobile signifies feelings of being trapped. Alternatively, it shows that you are too rigid in your attitudes and decisions. To dream that you are paralyzed, reflects the current state of your body while you are dreaming. During the REM state of sleep, your body is really immobile and paralyzed. People report that they cannot run or hit, despite how hard they try. Symbolically, dreaming that you are paralyzed means you are feeling helpless or pinned down in some aspects or circumstances of your waking life. You may feel unable to deal with a situation or change anything. Alternatively, the dream suggests that you are feeling emotionally paralyzed. You have difficulties expressing your feelings.

i dreamt that i answered a knock at the door and it was our removal men telling us they was here to move us again. then we found a letter that we hadn't read which told us our new address and i realised it was true and went into panic because we'd only just unpacked everything and had no boxes. the removal men were outside waiting to take stuff out and i was desperately trying to chuck everything together so it was moveable. at the same time my dad was waiting outside to pick me up, and i was stressing because i wasn't dressed or packed and had both the removal men and my dad outside waiting. it wasn't a fun dream

i keep having this dream that it is nightime outdoors and i am driving a luxury car that starts malfunctioning, refuses to accelerate, then morphs into a go-cart with no body and me out in the open, with people here and there looking at me askance like i was a freak, then the vehicle disappears altogether and i start having to walk, then it feels like my legs are made of lead with heavy weights attached to them and i can barely move, and i wake up sweating and panting and out of sorts.

I had a strange dream early this morning. I was living in the Pacific Northwest and I was visiting people. AuntBlabby had a brother that looked like AA who lived by himself but next door to him Auntblabby lived in a vintage Airstreamer which was really cool because I like them. I remember getting out of my car and I went to visit them and it was really peaceful and I was thinking this would be a great place to live. I know I had spoken with AA and AuntBlabby but I don't remember what was said. But I do remember that the three of us were going to go to some kind of concert. Later, I wasn't actually with AuntBlabby or AA but I was in their front yard of where they lived. I remember two younger women with dark hair and we were talking about Aspergers and Autism. I started talking in my sleep out loud about it and then I woke myself up. I had roasted chicken thighs and corn for dinner and then I had a cup of hot chocolate with marshmellows. It seemed to be a very pleasant dream.

I was at a seaside town waiting for my almost 6yr old daughter to arrive on the next train from Glasgow, on her own. The train never came and I was told that it had terminated mid way between the seaside town and Glasgow. I was in a panic, not knowing where she was. Then I woke up.
I don't even let her go down to the bottom of our cul-de-sac on her own.
That dream was quite unusual in that it could happen (if I lost my mind and let her travel on her own). Most of my dreams are surreal and can't be explained like that, like when my husband was Patrick Swayze (he was still alive then), but he didn't look like him and he still was my real-life husband too - bizarre.

I woke to my daughter putting an arm around me and saying "Momma, come back to us." I got up, followed her to the living room where my son was sitting watching cartoons with some woman I didn't recognize. As my daughter sat next to her brother, I asked the woman what her name was. She answered back with "I don't have one." to which I replied, "I didn't give you one, did I?"
Then I really woke up.

False awakenings are a mind bender, eh? What would you have called her then?
And have you been away? wb

They really are. Funny thing is, I knew I was dreaming. I was going to name her Mike before I woke up. Why, I haven't a clue.
I was away, and will be again rather soon. I'm at my sister's for the day/night. Still have to get internet at my own place. ^_^

i do have a brother that looks a bit like AA. we keep away from each other. but unfortunately it is not a vintage airstreamer but a non-descript old 70s model 2 bedroom tin can out in the woods. as for what i ate previously, i try not to eat within 4 hours of retiring. glad you had a northwest dream.

i dreamt that henbane was trying to kill me and then semi-woke so i was in a kind of sleepwalky state, and was genuinely really scared and convinced someone was coming to get me
. i even sleepwalked over to put my glasses on before going back to bed, because you can't defend yourself against scary stuff if you can't see properly.
what does this meaaaan
what does this meaaaan
It means that you've uncovered Henbane's nightly moonlighting as a psychotic dream haunting spectre gig.
Is your relationship in danger, or are you just afeared that it might be?
