That happens to everyone, dc .
The most vile and repulsive thoughts percolate up out of the depths of my subconscious and
scare the hell out of me too. It was the worse for me when I was your age.
It's just one of the things that happen to you as you transition from childhood to adulthood.
It's worse because it's such a surprise, that your mind could betray you with that.
My obsession with yoga and meditation gave me a lot of insight into this.
Don't be scared by what you think, it's not 'you' thinking. 'You' experience thoughts.
But this experience is not 'You'
Observe what you think and disassociate from it.
It's a battle for control between you and your mind, and the only way to win is to maintain
a state of passive expectation between thoughts, i.e. "That was an interesting thought,
I wonder what the next thought will be?"
I hope that helps, I wasn't as comprehensively explanatory as I would have liked.

Think so, i sometimes argue with my own head.
Not two people arguing but more like a part of me
is less careful then the other, theres always a part
that seems to keep an eye on things from a neutral
point of wiew and kicks in when the less careful part
is about to screw up or something, i dont know.
Hard to be impulsive even if i want to, theres always
a voice of reason taking over, analyzing and messing
up all the fun i guess I rarely do just what i feel
like doing, mostly i do what feels right after analyzing
it, no matter if i like it or not. What i want is secondary
in a kinda weird way.
