he looks up to no good. I think its the eyebrows
hahaha true!
also, the laughing looks like a mocking kind of laugh to me, and the eyerolling one makes me want to punch people in the face. really.
I really dislike the eyeroll one. It seems to be quite a cruel one. Not even smiling, just saying 'what an idiot you are'. Unpleasant.
WHY? I love the eyeroll one. It is like, duh, but with a smile at the end.
Also, the laughing one does look a little bit mocking, but not too bad.
I always worry how to respond to the winking one.
Because it looks like there is no good intention to it. There's no humour in it. It just looks like the person is thinking really negatively. Like when you walk past a load of teenagers on a street corner and they all look at each other and roll their eyes.
Mind you, if someone rolls their eyes at me in reality I don't like it either. My Dad used to do that a lot at me. In a sort of, 'God, what kind of daughter do I have' way. So I could be taking it too personally.
But anyway, I don't see the point in rolling your eyes at someone. I use it sometimes for myself, in a 'I'm such a numpty' sort of way.
I think I'm taking it too seriously. But there you go.
The winking one, I know it's supposed to be winking. But I think it looks more sheepish than winking.
I don't like the laughing one, the one that moves. It looks a bit creepy.
Really I don't like emoticons that much. I'm trying to use them more, to help convey what I mean, but they make me feel a bit... odd.
