Got an anxiety disorder, I was recommended not too.
I have severe panic and anxiety disorder, but I've found coffee to be OK, as long as you don't drink enough to get jittery, or catch a buzz. Start of with 1 cup a day, if you really want some, and go from there. Just a thought.
I have to remind myself that I take quite a bit of meds, so coffee's effects may be greater with you.
