If the goal of this thread is to be the last poster to the thread, shouldn't there be some rule regarding language? Is it really proper to be posting in Japanese in a threadkiller thread? Foreign language posting it makes it hard for people to respond in a way that is coherent with the thread posts before it.

Then you have to resort to posting some meaningless rhetorical question to tie what went before to an apparently relevant post.

So isn't foreign-language posting just an attempt to mine the affectation, "Je poste, donc je suis"?

I dont think the threadkilller thread have a goal,
it could not be more random - its just a hangout
and people post all sort of things. And i dont think
theres goal to be the last person posting, this is
more like the place one runs to after almost
snuffing out another thread.

""So isn't foreign-language posting just an attempt to mine the affectation""

No clue what that means - i i have written things here in japanese, english,
norwegian, swedish, danish, german, spanish and finnish - but usually its
just because some other person speaks that language. And i think its nice
when people use different languages, if someone writes something in a
language i dont understand, then i have a reason to learn it if i want to
know what they wrote

I just created a christmas version of my avatar for the christmas time, I wonder when I should put it on. I am having trouble with internet speed and it takes ages to get photobucket to possibly show it out of avatar state, plus I am also trying to see if I can find a way to turn my normal avatar into an animation to get it to blink, think that might be interesting.

Check this place. It's been dead for a long time. Only me and another member have started getting active on it, ebec's been gone for so long.

It's like a ghost town! :(
