it's someone who makes the last post in an apparently ongoing thread, the threadkiller posts something and then the thread suddenly dies

I told her not to tell anyone. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.






Someone who is the last one to post in a thread, before it dies, is called a threadkiller. (it has happened to most of us)

What exactly do you mean by, "die"?
