Are you the before or after?

I like skinny men.

Mind you I like chunky men too. Let's just say I'm not fussy.

I can't lose weight on my stomach even if I cheated. :(

But I do have muscly legs and pretty muscly arms.

I'll trade you my muscles if you have got a flat stomach....it doesn't need to have abs, just no pudginess.

Oh, and the instant gratification can be attained through:
*Intense weight-lifting workouts where you use Heavy weights and try to do a lot of reps and kill yourself through that
*sprinting

Yay! I'm not super tall...only 5'7"
Wait, why wouldn't I lose much? I know I would be lighter without muscles, and with less fat on my stomach....

See, I feel like I am picky....but this is just me.
Skinny guys I like, and muscly guys are ok....but I don't think I could like like a fat guy.
It would make me feel fat, or that I'd have to work hard to stay skinny.
Also, it feels good to be in shape, and I would just be uncomfortable if I got out of shape (and started becoming fat), always on edge.

Despite my best efforts, I'm definitely more like the "before" picture sorry to say, at least it's not unhealthy...

I agree with that. I'd be unhappy out of shape. D: Though I'm probably a little less in shape than you are, because I just sit around all day after doing my yard work, and you actually excercise, but I'm pretty good. I don't have a patch of fat on me (well maybe on my bum...) I'm 120 pounds of muscle, bones and organs. :D

That ad takes me back, I remember seeing it in the comics I use to read as a kid.

The yard work probably puts you in shape though? I haven't exercised for 2 days and it's driving me crazy...and I haven't run for 4 days..AH! See, this is proof, that even a few days drives me up the wall. Anyways, I do exercise, but the rest of the time I am lazy, I mean I am onto computer basically every minute of the day aside from my exercise times. I have fat on my stomach, but I already mentioned that. I actually haven't weighed myself for a while, but I don't want to....I am freaked out.

Oh, you're probably quite skinny. Runners usually are. Go out for one tomorrow if you feel you need it. :D

Which reminds me, I'm making tomorrow a hardcore bass practice day. Should be fun.

Watch as I go for like an hour and do something else though.

Eh. That's what everyone says, yet I don't feel that way. Oh, and do you think that I wouldn't have gone on one yesterday if I could have? I pulled my calf muscle, and I am trying to recover it to health so I won't limp when I try for a jog. (ta-da, annoying).

Fun, I'll probably make tomorrow or tuesday a park/reading day...so if you don't see me post too much (more likely to be tuesday though)...ya know why.

Watching. 8O

Oh, sorry I forgot about your calf. D: My wrist is fine now so I can start practicing again.

I'm gonna take a walk as well. I need some fresh air that isn't just my garden. Though there are no parks here. :\

Hey, make yerself seen I'll play ya something. :P
