i sleep too much and can't get anything done

Having flashbacks of my abusive family members

Foot sounds on the floor above me. My mother is a heavy walker.

I got put on hold for about one hour because I needed to speak with a Social Security agent about my disability benefits.

However, I do intend on trying again later because I assume mornings are the busiest times for Social Security agents to talk to clients.

I’m depressed, I’m so emotional, I was crying, im glad I stopped, crying making me choke & making me want to throw up. I want to die. Wednesday will be 5 years since my mom died. I’m crying again.

Sad friends. Friends arguing.

I called Social Security again and got put on hold for 45 minutes.

Being put on hold stinks! Listening to canned music for the duration of the wait is even more annoying! Silence would definitely be golden in that instance.

My mother is being annoying.

Slow connections on the computer I am using now to be on Wrong Planet.

Today is a very bad day, my arm can be little hurting, I had alot of anxiety & I was badly hyperventilating alot, sometimes it felt like I was going to pass out, it kept coming. It was hot today. I been sad too. It been 5 years since my mom was taken from me.

Friends are fighting again.

This was yesterday, but - I was watching a movie where they killed a cat and I can't get it out of my mind.
I instantly switched it off, and I would never even consider watching a movie if I knew that was in it; why don't they put warnings of simulated animal cruelty??
Now it's like I keep having flashbacks to that poor cat.
Mind you, people were killed in it too but that didn't worry me in the slightest.
