Rosso Italiano from Aldi.

I am a veteran cheap wine aficionado, and therefore find this stuff perfectly palatable.

Even so, it costs £3.09, and £2.05 of this is Government Wine duty.

There is also Value Added Tax at 20% to take into account.

This means the wine (750 ml bottle) costs about 80p ($1.30) to produce, including bottling, transportation and the manufacturer's profits.

To adapt the title of the thread a little, " What Am I Drinking Right Now?".

Mmm. Cheap red wine. Right from the bottle, room temperature. Delicious.

Too bad I'm not drinking anymore. I almost miss the misery and chaos it caused in my life.

Now I'm just sipping my diet coke.

Well, cheap wines don't necessarily taste bad or should I say expensive wines don't necessarily taste expensive/special. I always have ~$10 rosé wines. A few times the shop staff convinced me to try something more expensive, once even a ~$50 bottle. None of them tasted any better than my usual ~$10 wine. Maybe my taste is just cheap.

I'm having iced coffee in this cold weather.

Tea with milk.

I got sleepy in the middle of having my morning coffee, and I took a nap. I put the rest of the coffee in my insulated mug, and I'm having it now.

^ Coffee often makes me sleepy, too. So I usually have my iced coffee after work.

I'm now having iced coffee again although I'm going to work in a few hours.

I've just made a lovely cup of tea.
