I'm doing an experiment with chores, tonight. I'm posting on WP for an hour. This hour is almost up, and than I'll do chores for half an hour. I'll post on WP for an hour, and than do more chores for another half hour. I'll relax until bed time, after my second half hour of chores.

My neck hurts really bad so I went searching for my heating pad. I remembered seeing it in a box when I moved in to my apartment so I searched through a bunch of boxes for 20 minutes only to look up and see it resting neatly and rolled up on a shelf above my head

Hehe this is quite awesome. I've put the heating pad close to my neck and shoulder area and then fed the cord through my sweater's sleeve. then I zipped my sweater shut over it. It's very cozy. I'm starting to feel sleepy

I have misplaced my brooch. God dammit. That was a gift.

I've worked up a sweat, over the past 30 minutes.

My LRS(Louisiana Rehabilitation Services) councilor called me yesterday morning & told me that she was going to see about referring me to someone else who does job searches for clients because nothing has been happening for me. I've only unemployed for a little over two years so I'm wondering why she suddenly thought of that. She told me that we would be in touch again in a few weeks. I got a call last night from another organization wanting to do an assessment to help me find a job. Said the paperwork from LRS was faxed to em earlier & the appointment is this afternoon. Said they move fast. I find it hard to believe because it's been my experience with LRS & other organizations that nothing happens for a long time except shuffling paperwork & with our sh***y economy getting worse & our dumb-a$$$ republican politicians slashing the budgets for all the social services so they can tax the rich less; I'm very skeptical. I'm defiantly going to go for that appointment & give it the best try I can thou. I've been putting in apps but I haven't had a job interview in about a year so I can defiantly use the help especially because the oil industry is the big thing for Louisiana & my bad low vision & tremor problems exclude me from those types of jobs. Cant work offshore, cant drive trucks, cant do welding or mechanic work ect & a lot of those jobs were lost after the BP oil spill so that means I have to compete with them as well as the illegal immigrants who have more jobs skills & probably more education than most Louisiana residents but sense they are illegal; their employers don't pay em minuimum wage of fallow those other labor laws. Why should someone hire me when they can hire someone off the books for a lot less
