Public libraries have internet access. I've always found it useful when I can't use my computer.
Some require membership, but a lot will allow anyone to use theirs for only a couple dollars/hour.
Large shopping centres are also increasingly being fitted with internet kiosks.

I did check it out and it appears I had the highest one and my dad happens to work at a chinese restaurant called "Slurp" if the name rings any bells to anyone from London.

I think he's like the manager or something and certainly gets a good payment out of it.

He decided to buy me one out of the blue for my birthday, but it was out of stock at the time and as far as I know, he gave it to me on the same day I had my first kiss (thank you Blint) which happened coincidently. :lol:
