When I confessed my romantic feelings for my former best friend, she got together with a group of her friends and they wrote me a hateful letter that called me "revolting lesbian slime" and included the phrase, "you're going to hell and I'm not getting dragged down with you." It was the middle of lunch hour at school and I had a meltdown in the middle of the blacktop. No one did anything to help me.

What's the nicest thing anyone's done for you?

It's hard to think of an answer to this, but the nicest thing anyone has done to me in recent memory happened when I was on the bus to the football game with some friends first semester. A girl who was in some of my classes sat with me on the bus and introduced herself. She already seemed to know many things about me and as she talked to me, she seemed genuinely interested in finding out more. I guess it's just unusual that anyone, especially a pretty girl, takes the initiative to get to know me. Even with the people I already know, nobody invites me to do anything with them. I always have to ask if I can do stuff with them or create my own things to do with others and it always feels like I am intruding. So for someone to talk to me like they actually wanted me around and cared about me, that was a special moment. I don't think this girl said anything more than hello to me for the rest of the year, but I still appreciate what she did.

I have lots. Yesterday I fell up the stairs because someone left their stuff on it.

I'm going to be redecorating my bedroom this Sunday. A new, smaller bed, a new dresser, new bedspread/sheets, new rug, and new curtains. I'm also going to put all of the clutter I've accumulated over the past couple of months into storage.

I think I was about 4, I remember being in Nursery School before an early memory of getting out either the bath or shower and Mum calling me a chicken, and I asked her if that was because of what I had, and she said no. I don't remeber the rest, though.
