family history of diabetes gets in the way. not that I am diabetic but always had comparatively brittle blood sugar regulation even when I was your age. but despite that I still could get away with eating what I could afford for a little bit, back then. :chef:

it's more like a mucus overload in the back of my throat that is constantly being replenished.

i was thinking that too.

whatever it may be, it's irritating as hell (not to mention gross) and i'm having it checked out tomorrow.

if you adopt a low-acidic diet [no refined carbs] your sinus problems will likely improve. less inflammation = less stuffy/runny sinuses. that has been my experience. if it keeps you up at night, doxylamine [unisom tablet] is a good antihistamine with strong soporific qualities :idea: take half a pill only, as the whole pill tends to make people groggy the morning after.

i imagine i'd be groggy regardless.

thanks for the suggestions/thoughts. though this has never happened before and i can't recall having any major diet changes. metabolism changes?
