I was in a car accident with my grandma and my sister when I was in junior high or the first year of high school. Now I am a little bit more scared when I am in a car.
Awww, I understand that. This is my sister's first accident, I think. She is almost twice my age too, so she went a long time without having one. I know she is a safe driver, but she just wasn't thinking, I guess. It happens, but is super dangerous when you are behind the wheel. It's why I don't drive much, I get really nervous and scared that something bad will happen.
The problem (and why my sister is in huge trouble with my mom) is that she is only allowed to take me to school and pick me up from there when using my mom's car and she decided to go shopping even though she is supposed to use her own car and gas money for that. Also, because the car is in my mom's name, the police came to her at work and my mom thinks she (my sister) denied the accident (even though it was a misunderstanding because her text message got cut off and only half sent). It's complicated and I fear I have already shared too much. Thankfully, no one was ticketed or in any legal trouble, but it is so stressful and tense in my house and I melted down when my mom and sister were fighting, but luckily, my other sister was there to help me. I really don't know what I would do without her.
I think I'm going to stay with my dad this weekend. I don't want to be home with everything going on.
