That's the trouble with grooming. It's ultimately futile.

I ordered a jigsaw puzzle for my mom to give to her on Mother's Day. She says she likes putting them together because it's relaxing and gives her something else to do than be at the computer.

I personally don't care for jigsaw puzzles, I find them a pain. Autism Shrieks hasn't helped my feelings about the puzzle pieces, either. But it's good that my mom has hobbies to help take her mind off of things. I find it harder to enjoy my own hobbies because of things.

I like that, not caring for jigsaws yourself but caring that your mum cares for them. Who says Aspies have no empathy?

We went on an out of town road trip today. I feel happy I'm back home with my computers.

I look and smell like part of the goblin race.

I guess I gotta stop dunking on Asmonmould.

Wait, I don't use a dead rat for an alarm clock, I still have the high ground.

Rehearsed a bit of music, messed about on my computer, baked a raisin loaf, downloaded a couple of videos from YouTube which turned up as separate video files and soundtrack files, so I stuck one of them back together with a command-line program called ffmpeg. I also tried to get the cat to play with its fishing rod toy and a ping pong ball but she wasn't very interested. Also watched a video or two on the telly and had a bit of food, and as always drank a lot of decaffeinated green tea.

Well I woke up at 6:30 and I got up at 6:55 and I made breakfast for my daughter and myself because I do that every day
Then my daughter went to work
Then I brushed my teeth and had a wash and then I did 20 minutes jump rope
Had another wash
Then I worked for about a couple of hours
Then I got a well needed shower
Then I did some laundry
Then I watched telly
Then I did my weights

I actually have a feeling I've documented all of this somewhere else already
