We are having a new air conditioning system put in the house and they were supposed to do all the work this morning, while I was out. But they didn't and they are banging on things and going in and out of my house, which is so small and clutter - the breakers are in the bathroom behind shelving. I am glad we are getting the a/c replaced, because it was leaking freon like crazy, but having people, even nice people, in and out of my house and making noise is totally exhausting.

Whenever, I've contacted my primary care physician's office I'm assailed with multiple push button choices, often having to leave a message with the doctor's intern or assistant, so I can understand your conundrum in literal terms.
