Is listening to 3 - 8 hours of music a day obsessive? I find it helps me concentrate. When I was employed I used to play music fairly loud to block out my surroundings. Luckily I had a reasonably understanding employer who didn't usually mind.

I'm currently going through my David Bowie collection. Space Oddity playing at the moment.
