I don't use nor will ever use Facebook!!

Last night I was on TV Tropes reading their 'Acceptable Lifestyle Targets", which really shouldn't be acceptable but they are anyway. I found out I had at least 13 of the lifestyles that will make people automatically hate me. 8O

1.Being a geek/nerd (unless it's of the video game variety, usually.)
2. Being single.
3. Being childfree
4. Being feminist(?)
5. Being a non-drinker Funny thing is, being an alcoholic is also an acceptable target.
6. Being straight-edge i.e. doesn't do drugs or alcohol. But like alcoholics, drugs addicts are also acceptable targets.
7. Being asexual
8. Being a virgin.
10. Being a pet owner - oh, having a dog or cat is all right, but if you own many pets people think you're crazy, or if you treat your pets like humans, or if you're single and childfree adult people make the assumption that you're having a bestial relationship if you prefer the company of animals over that of humans.
11. Being jobless.
12. Being a loner.
13. Being a victim of bullying. Even though bullies are also seen as acceptable targets.

There you go, 13 reasons why I'm socially unacceptable. But I hate society, so GOOD.

That's good. I'm starting to personally think it is overrated. I deleted the app from my phone (so it's not constantly on my mind and bothering me) but not my account. If I check it a few times a month my family will be satisfied enough.

It's going to be a tough transition though because I have been on there all the time since I was 15.

Simply wondering what things will be like once, I actually move from where I'm at.

Ugh, why does it feel so good to bleed? And why is that the only thing I can find now that gives me even a moment of pure joy untainted by depression? The only other time I've felt that recently is when the horrible mental images I'd been getting of killing myself, which turned out to be caused by a medication I was taking, finally went away. Am I only capable of experiencing pure happiness as a result of experiencing some sort of pain now, be it physical, emotional, or mental?

The damned cold caused that stupid sneezing fit as soon as I woke up, that led to some odd version of tonsillitis like symptom and a headache the next day I woke up, then this headache, cough and cold for days... :wall:

It's always the damned sleep. :x Why is it always the damn sleep?!

I often wonder why time went to, in that, when I was young desperately wanted to grow up faster.Yes, I grew up and in many ways lost some of my childlike curiosity;however, I'm glad I regained such

It feels so weird writing characters that are so different from yourself, and trying to write them in a situation that you know you'd react completely different to.

Hoping the crackling works.
And they like my slow cooked ham.
And the trifle.

May need a detox after all this.

i wish i was a pretty, hip young white girl from california with a made-up past, so i could start fights with my boyfriends and then pretend that they broke up with me and post about it on instagram, so i could get a neverending torrent of attention, compliments and condolences whenever i felt like it.

Sometimes, I contemplate that I would rather sacrifice the colors of emotions for something less fickle, so I could just do things that mattered and get on with it.
Than endure or figure the internal chaos and gain emotional intelligence. And emotional intelligence isn't linear nor a fixed thing, even more unreliable because of it's ties with socialization, physiological and psychological factors. Even complex things like biochemistry and personal inclination. :|

Trying not to think about my shoes and my feet. Or, trying to adjust my head to the fact that I have shoes on my feet.

Stuff like Christmas is something that's just happening around me. It's not something I feel tuned into or affected by. It's just there like anything else. It's no big deal to me.
